Subject: Tuning the Tilting Rokkaku

Towards the end of October someone posted a request on how to tune a 
Rokkaku he had just made which insisted on tilting over to one side 
no matter what he tried.

Someone apparently posted an excellent reply which was then referred 
to in several other follow-up postings.  

The original excellent reply has never shown up at my access site 
and having waited...and waited...and waited, I don't think it will 
ever get here now.

Will someone repost the article on "Tuning the Tilting Rokkaku" to 
rec.kites please ?
