I have watched all the local kite shops vanish from Singer Island (W. Palm
Beach), Stuart, Delray Beach etc. Does anyone know of any shops in South
East Florida...especially Palm Beach and Martin Counties?

If you find one in Palm Beach County, let me know! I've had to take my
business to Ft. Lauderdale. RC Hobbies has a very good selection and is
located on the east side of University drive just south of McNab road.
They discount and have decent prices. Carribean Kite Co. is located on
45th street between Federal & Dixie. They are only open during the day
Mon-Fri though.

If you are looking for kites, Bob is right, there is only one in WPB and I
don't know where it is. (laff your saying WHY THE HELL DID YOU E-MAIL ME
THEN). I am here to let you know about a group of flyers with a kite shop
in N. Miami Beach. They are a great bunch of people and most every
weekend looks like a kite festival here lately. If you are looking for a
kite shop and some people to fly with call Skyward Kites at (305)
579-0192. Dan Ward will give you directions to his kite shop which is
located in a park (Haulover). It just might be a nice outting one day if
you know what I mean.
