It mentions the indifference on the part of unnamed [potential] organizers who drag their feet. I'm curious if anyone knows the who/what/where of this? I was *REALLY* looking forward to being able to attend some kind of a KAP'er event in NY City [despite the fact it would be in NY City ] to commemorate this in '95. It it now apparent that this is not to be. {I am of course referring to the centenary of the first KAP's taken by Mr. William Eddy in 1895.} Also, the LAST issue of KAPWA News mentioned a bit of a 'falling out' between KAPWA and KiteLines magazine over KiteLines not publishing some KAPWA photos due to them having been printed previously. I don't have the KAPWA issue in front of me, so I can't quote it exactly. What was THAT all about? I will pass your posting on to the folks at Kite Lines and offer then the opportunity to reply. It would not surpise me if the chose not to reply, as these may be matters not worth sharing. In any case, KAPWA appears to be having its own internal problems that go more to the core. Kite Lines has nothing to do with these problems. I tried to explain to him that yank kitefliers can't possibly plan that far ahead, but he's still grumbling.
