Hello all, I've accepted a job in So. CA. East of L.A. (Redlands area) and would like to know any flying areas, stores, and/or clubs or groups who fly in the area. Any help would be great. I have quite a collection (comes from working at Into the Wind for years) and any in the area who would like to fly let me know. (I'm in the moving process now, so it'll be a bit before I get back to check my mail.) A few of us fly at Belmont Shores near Long Beach on the weekends. It might be a bit of a drive from Redlands but if you want to come out give me an e-mail. If you happen to be in town by the 17th and 18th of September, check out the Sea Fest at Newport Beach. The kite festival will be sponsored by the local shop Kites Etc. 806 E. Balboa Blvd, Balboa, CA 92661 (714) 673-0450 There will be single line, multi line demos, fighter kite challenges, raffles, and lots of fun for all ages. Try to make it if you can. Hope to meet you sometime.
