Would that be MANJA CLUB INTERNATIONAL (how many international fighter kite
clubs can there be?) as founded by Philippe Gallot and friends?

I joined up, but it's a bit tough when I'm 20,000km from the club outings
:-(

You will find however that there a number of very experienced and
knowledgable fighter bods here on rec.kites - and helpfull too. I suspect a
fair number of others are "lurking".

Perhaps you can gives an idea of how fighter kites are seen in Europe?
