The law in the parks in the middle of London is a little odd.

It is phrased in such a way that kite flying is permitted by default,
but that if you are requested not to fly by an official, then suddenly
it becomes illegal to fly a kite.

They kicked me off because they thought my Peel was a parachute and that
therefore, I was a BASE jumper :-)
