Are the hint books something that was originally sold with the games
(back when Infocom was on their own) or did one have to buy them
separately then too?  I bought the Apple ][ version of Sherlock - it
did come with more documentation than was in LTOI2 (it had a sample
game session), but no hint book.  Actually, Sherlock has on-line hints,
so maybe it never had a hint book?  The Apple ][ version did come with
an official Infocom Sherlock keychain, though - I think Activision should
include that in LTOI2!
