Whoops!  Sorry about the previous blank post...  It's these darn Mac
point-n-click interfaces.  I wasn't really trying to click on "SEND" :-)

Anyway, I seem to remember that there was some kind of creature guarding
an altar (snake, I think).  Once you had killed whatever it was, you could
move or push the altar and find an escape out of the temple.  My memory of
this is a bit foggy, but I also think if you carefully examined the door
on the other side of the carpet (reading it, I think), it became a
distinct possibility that the door was a red herring.

Also, as I've posted previously, when you had all the points/treasures (at
least typing "score" said you had), I never found any sort of an end-game
sequence... even went back in the temple and escaped again, but to no
avail.
