I had Raaka-Tu for the TRS-80 Model I/III/IV.  I never completely solved
Raaka-Tu either...  I don't remember the exact puzzle you are referring to.
Could you refresh my memory?

Hmmm...  not enough...  doesn't jog hard enough.  Sounds like your typical
vending machine in a maze puzzle.
