On the subject of exiting the worlds in Trinity, I take it that you have
figured out how to keep the door open for an infinite amount of time.  With
this in mind, exiting is just a simple matter of going throught the door, just
like you got in.  However, on a few "worlds", some special circumstances must
be met (Nagasaki, for instance).  These are puzzles to the game.  Like for the
Nagasaki puzzle, it's best to work it out with PAPER, and remember, BIRDs of a
feather FLY together.
