The Locker:

the 0's and 1's should tell you how to turn the handles.

Unlabeled Cart:

You need to use PRINTB PRINTD and all those commands in the same
order that you found the little orange postal stickers.  Then read the
text vertically...  It tells you how to solve the switchgear rooms.
