Hi all,

I have absorbed all the information I can on the various adventure authoring
systemsand still haven't been able to come up with a decision. I have always
wanted to program my own text-adventure games but never knew where to start.
When I heard about rec.arts.if, and then about TADS, ALAN, Inform, etc., I
believed I had found heaven. Now I'm a little mixed up, because I can`t figure
out which system is the one to go with. If someone could e-mail me their
opinions, (btw, I have read the authoring.faq and it was revealing but not as
helpful as I wanted) on the various systems, that would be extremely helpful.

Thanx in advance...
