              Create a cylinder centered  about  the  origin  and
              with the z-axis along the cylinders main axis.  The
              surface is shaded with the  algorithm  and  surface
              parameters  specified  by shaderhandle.  radius and
              length defines the size of the cylinder. resolution
              is  the  number  of  polygons  that will be created
              radially around the rim.

              Texture is the texture mapping algorithm to use for
              the object.  The NATURAL' texture mapping is CYLIN-
              DRICAL.
