       SippObjectCreate
              Create an empty object, i.e. an object with no sur-
              faces  or  subobjects  in  it.  The  transformation
              matrix  in the new object will be a identity matrix
              initially.  A handle  to  the  object  is  returned
              which  is  passed  to  the other object commands to
              specify this object. Object must be added as a sub-
              object  of  the `world' object or some other object
              to be become part of the scene.
