XPRISM3(POSTSCRIPT) Khoros XPRISM3(POSTSCRIPT)

     OVERVIEW

To output the graphics workspace, at least one plot must
have been previously created and plotted using the "Input
File" or "Input Function" pane of the "Plot" subform, and
must be displayed on the screen when you select the output
option. With the selections on the "Postscript" pane of the
     "Output" subform, one can:

     (1) Send the xprism workspace directly to an available
          postscript printer

     (2) Create a file, which is formatted for a Postscript
printer, to send to the printer with an "% lpr -Pxxxx
filename" command, where "xxxx" is the name of the
postscript printer, and "filename" is the name of the
          file output.

The options that are available include:

     Size and Placement
allows the user to select the dimensions and placement
          of the output.

     Orientation
allows the user to select Landscape or Portrait orien-
          tation.

     Color or Black & White
allows the user to select color or black & white out-
          put.

     Output Type
allows the user to select Vector or Raster output.

     Filename
allows the user to selectvely enter the filename that
is assigned to the saved output file.

     Printer
allows the user to indicate the host name of the print
          server.

The Postscript output in vector form supports Annotations.
Also, Postscript output fully supports all line types, line
widths, etc. This is considered Xprism3's quality output.
Note, the printing a color mesh or surface plot on a black &
white printer, the plot will be a gray scale plot. That is
each different color in the plot will output as a different
     gray level.
