XPRISM3(FILES) Khoros XPRISM3(FILES)

     IMPLICIT FILES

The plot information will be converted to Khoros Image File
Format, with information saved IMPLICITLY. This means that
the plot information may be normalized and/or scaled when it
is saved as an image. Thus, a plot saved as an IMPLICIT file
and later read back in to "xprism" may not be the same as
the original. An image file always has incremental row and
column information. That is, if plotted, the image always
has x beginning at 0 and going up to the row size in incre-
ments of one; y begins at 0 and goes, also with a step size
of 1, up to the column size.

This is not necessarily true for a plot, which may have an
xmin and/or ymin of less than or greater than zero, and may
have a stepsize of less than or greater than one. Thus,
when converted to Image File Format, plot data is automati-
cally normalized to fit the standards of Khoros File Format,
with incremental information. For 3D plots, X and Y values
     will be normalized to begin at 0 and proceed incrementally;
Z values will remain as before.

The data type of the image file will be FLOAT. Default
values are used for image fields not applicable to the plot
once output in a VIFF data file.

     Filename
After selecting which type of output file is desired,
fill in the "Filename" parameter that is associated
          with the selected output type.
