To output a plot in any form, at least one plot must have been previously 
created and plotted using the "Input File" or "Input Function" pane of 
the "Plot" subform, and must be 
displayed on the screen when you select the output option. 
With the selections on the "HPGL" pane of the "Output" subform, one can:

Send the xprism workspace directly to an available HPGL output device.
.IP (2)
Create a file, which is formatted for an HPGL device, to send 
to the printer with an "% lpr -Pxxxx filename"  command, where "xxxx" is the 
name of the HPGL device, and "filename" is the name of the file output,
describing a (single) plot.

The available options include:
.IP "Size and Placement"
allowes the user to select the dimensions and placement of the output image.
.IP "Flush file"
allows the user to selectively turn off paging.
.IP "Orientation"
allows the user to select Landscape or Portrait orientation.
.IP "Filename"
allows the user to selectvely enter the filename that is assigned to the
saved output file.

allows the user to indicate the host name of the print server.

If a plot has been annotated, the annotations will not be printed. HPGL
has not been fully tested and may contain some bugs.
