Clicking on the "MAKE" button simply executes the UNIX utility \fBmake\fP,
which is a program for compiling and installing groups of programs.
\fBMake\fP requires that a Makefile be present for it to work.  But
since \fBghostwriter\fP generates one for you that is consistent with
Khoros conventions, this is not a problem.  See make(1) and imake(1)
for more information.
