Annotations are provided so that the user may add text, lines,
circles, rectangles, or polygons to the graphics workspace. Once created,
objects may be deleted, copied, raised or lowered. At this time, there is no
capability for the re-sizing of objects, so care should be taken to create
them in the desireed size to begin with. Once created, objects may be moved
about the graphics workspace by clicking the mouse on the desired object, and
dragging them to the new position. Unfilled objects must be carefully selected
along the perimeter of the object. NOTE: when annotations are used, VECTOR
OUTPUT IS NOT AVAILABLE. See the "Help" button on the desired pane of the
Output Subform.
.LP
On the left side of this subform is a guide pane on which are six guide
buttons, labeled "File", "Text", "Circle", "Rectangle", "Line", and
"Polygon", each of which will bring up its corresponding pane when selected.
Once selected, the user is free to create and place the indicated object.

ACTION BUTTONS
.LP
There are four subform action buttons that appear at the top of the
guide pane of the "Annotations" subform. These are labeled "DELETE", "COPY",
"RAISE", and "LOWER". Once an object has been annotated using one of the
functions on the panes, these subform action buttons will allow the user
to delete an object, copy an object, or raise and lower an object.
