I use it over a 28.8 PPP link daily and the missing display
optimizations don't give me any grief.  You guys are spoiled.
Rotten!  Crawling with bacteria and phages!

I think the cursor jitter problem Raymond describes is gone.  I
saw a comment in the code that seemed related.
