I think most of this file has long been subsumed into CC Mode.  There
are a few styles in this list that aren't in CC Mode's c-style-alist,
but I have yet to have a single request for any of these.  I'd like to
recommend removing this file when I integrate CC Mode 5 with XEmacs
20.3.

Does anybody use any of the styles that are in c-style.el but not part
of CC Mode?
