	/pub/beta/xemacs-19.15

If everything goes well, I'd like to designate next weekend's beta as
`prerelease 1', and shoot for net release shortly thereafter. At the
very latest, I want 19.15 released this month. (For whatever it's
worth, I no longer consider 19.15 my primary editing environment, I've
moved on to v20).

The build is quieter than previously. One lisp file still doesn't
byte compile (a tm latex file), and there's one warning message in
lwlib that probably should be looked at by the 64bit integer folks.

As far as I can tell, autoload generation is working very smoothly
now. It also appears that CVS is being nice about preserving
timestamps, so this situation should be much improved.

Please bang as hard as you can on it. And use the full distribution
if you can, although I would still like to get some feedback on how
the patches work for future reference.
