Actually, the fix is pretty easy... I just haven't figured out where
to make it yet.

The actual test that fails is the tst for libICE.  The test seems to
fail because it doesn't pass the x-library directory to the actual
compilation command during the test.  Once you successfully detect
libICE, all proceeds smoothly.
