This works for me in pre-beta7.

Please check your tm initialization.  19.15beta6 and 20.0beta33 are
way out of synch with respect to how MIME is initialized.  tm is
dumped with beta33, but won't be in beta34 (unless you're in the Sun
environment).  If you tweaked your setup for 20.0 first and then went
to 19.15 and MIME broke, that's the likeliest reason.
