Subject: 20.2 SUCCESS (really) on Linux and AIX 3.2.5

It really works this time on Linux 2.0.18...I made the mistake of using
the -O flag to gcc and expecting it to produce good code. (Silly me.)

20.2 also builds and runs fine on AIX 3.2.5 on an Rs6k (although it's
not clear that you'd want to...it takes quite some time.) Installation
follows.
