In current beta version, names of coding-systems for no-conversion
or conversion only line break code are different between Emacs/mule
and XEmacs/mule.

    +----------------------------+-------------+-------------+
    | | Emacs/mule | XEmacs/mule |
    +----------------------------+-------------+-------------+
    |don't convert every bytes |no-conversion| binary |
    +----------------------------+-------------+-------------+
    |convert only line break code| internal |no-conversion|
    +----------------------------+-------------+-------------+
    | (for debug) | ----------- | internal |
    +----------------------------+-------------+-------------+

This incompatibilities are very inconvenient. In particular,
no-conversion has different meaning in both emacsen. I discussed
about this problem with HANDA Ken'ichi, YAMAMOTO Kazuhiko (author of
Mew; a MIME MUA for Emacs) and SAKAI Kiyotaka, then RMS and HANDA
Ken'ichi agreed to use following name:

	no-conversion:	don't convert every bytes
emacs-mule:	convert only line break code

I can support this decision. `internal' is strange because it may
use different character code for line break. `no-conversion' is
strange because it may convert line break code. In addition, they are
confusing with coding-system for binary. So I think `emacs-mule' is
good name. (I think internal-{unix|dos|mac} or
no-conversion-{unix|dos|mac} is strange name, but
emacs-mule-{unix|dos|mac} is not strange)

Anyway do you think about syncing with this decision? I think
XEmacs 20.2 will release soon, and current Emacs/mule beta doesn't
have it, so it is better to sync in XEmacs 20.3.

  Best Regards,
