There we go again. I thought I explained the reason for the change in
one of my previous messages.

We want the `XEmacs' string to be in the modeline. OK. But I'd like
the second frame to be assigned as `XEmacs-2', the third as
`XEmacs-3', etc. so that the users can differentiate them. The
easiest way to solve it is the way FSF solved it: name the frames
`XEmacs', `XEmacs-2', `XEmacs-3' etc. by default. The default
modeline identification is changed from "XEmacs:" to "%S:" and there
you go.

Note that they *do not* differ from X frames, as they are also now
named `XEmacs' by default (but without the numbers).
