Besides, that is not exactly on topic of xemacs-beta.  People (this
goes especially to newcomers), let's try to distinguish between
xemacs-beta and xemacs-beta-discuss.

Try to use xemacs-beta only for issues important for XEmacs beta
testing and development, especially focusing on the imminent release.
Use xemacs-beta-discuss for other discussions regarding XEmacs,
coding, etc.

To put it bluntly, xemacs-beta is for getting the next release out the
door, and xemacs-beta-discuss is for everything else.

If we follow these rules, maintainers who want only to see to bugs (if
such beasties exist) will be able to scan through the beta list only,
avoiding all the discussions on the other list.
