It'll make a huge difference from home.  Thanks much for shaving 7Megs 
off the main tarball!


The net.gods seem to like what you did.  This is what I got from work:

	2312940 bytes received in 7.32 seconds, 308.62 kB/s
Receiving file: xemacs-20.2-b5.tar.gz
	13571555 bytes received in 39.21 seconds, 338.01 kB/s.

I always get 100-150kB/sec to uiuc, but this is the first I've ever
seen over 200kB/sec.
