Why can't I increase the size of XEmacs's minubuffer when it is not in
its own frame? I can do this in FSF Emacs 19.34.

The reason I'm asking is that the focus sometimes gets confused when I
am using the minibuffer in its own frame.

Regards,
Chris Dean
