  But do the fonts actually _show up_ correctly?  Try visiting a web page
with Emacs/W3 that uses tables (and borders).  If the borders show up as a
bunch of 'q' characters, then its not correct.  Same thing works _fine_ in
19.15 or Emacs 19.
