If I'm not mistaken, it's also C++, Objective C and, possibly, Java. Said
that, I feel that Per's suggestion could be paraphrased into
"makefile-mode is one of the exception, because there's no language
called makefile". Hence, for what's worth I vote for keeping
makefile-mode.
