Maybe just keep a mention that XEmacs does not work on MS-DOS and nobody
is currently trying to make it work. Add a pointer to etc/WINDOWSNT
(provided we add one).

It think it would be good to have one. However, I should send a note to
the principal porter of FSF Emacs on NT (Geoff Voelker) about our effort
before it gets more publicity. I will do that before friday.

Also, etc/WINDOWSNT should probably point to nt/README. I will provide
a more up-to-date nt/README later on.

As far as I'm concerned, nuke it. If anybody is ever interested in
doing a MS-DOS port, they'd better taking off the latest FSF Emacs
version anyway, as it may evolve.
