1. Is there any reason to keep etc/MSDOS around until Marc & company get
   finished?

2. Should we have an etc/WINDOWSNT documenting what's going on 
   with the NT port?  The sudden appearance is going to spark more
   questions about schedule, etc.

3. Speaking of the NT port, can I kill the toplevel msdos directory
   for now?

4. Are there any other files in etc that should be killed?  (After
   hearing Chuck's howling laughter I'm tempted to replace the
   contents of etc/MOTIVATION with something pertaining to XEmacs :-).

5. I've lost track of who has submitted lispref manual patches.  I
   know of Martin and Hrvoje.  If anyone else has done please let me
   know off-line so I can update the credits section.
