I've successfully compiled 19.15final on hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.05. w3 seems to
be ok.

- You did not tell me what kind of host system you want to configure.
- I will attempt to guess the kind of system this is.
- Looks like this is a hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.05
