I noticed that too. When I used a 256 color display, it was most of
the time antiquewhite with a forestgreen outline, the way I had it
set. But every now and again, for reasons I cannot possibly
understand at this point, it would turn solid forestgreen until I
restarted XEmacs (19.14)... strangely, sometimes the new session would
exhibit the same phenomenon right when it started up, but other times
the cursor colors would be fixed.

Now, with 19.15, (all) and running a 16bpp Xserver, the recycle
cursor is solid forestgreen all of the time. (It occurs to me to fire
up a second Xserver running at 8bpp to see if the cursor is the colors
I like again.) (the neon green was OK too. :-) )

I will do that after I send this mail; and report if I see anything.
