Providing an 'ange-ftp feature is misleading.  If you can't trust
`features' who can you trust?

I'm willing to put this in, but first please grep the distribution for
ange-ftp and take a look at ediff/ediff-init.el and prim/files.el and
please offer a patch to fix file-remote-p which gets broken by this
suggestion.
