There are several other choices in the Xaw3d department:

Windows 95 look:
	http://www.cs.cuhk.edu.hk/~hflau/Xaw95/Xaw95-1.1-src.tar.gz

NeXTstep look:
	http://www.inf.ufrgs.br/~kojima/nextaw/neXtaw-0.2b2.tar.gz

Motif look:
	http://www.amber.ucsf.edu/homes/romsky/public_html/Xraw/Xraw-1.3.1.tar.gz

I also remember talk of a XawBe-D that looks like Be-Os's GUI but I
can't seem to locate any references.

For the free os's I would default to free widget's.
