I agree that frame-icon is great, but it's main drawback is that it
doesn't come with any icons, so it's not very usable out-of-the-box
like live-icon is.  I have a pretty decent (okay, pretty darn good)
set of icons swiped (mostly) from AfterStep distributions and other
assorted sources.  Let me know if there's any interest and maybe we
can put together a frame-icon + icons package.
