Subject: [return] under dired

I just noticed that [return] under dired in 19.1[45] and 20.0 are bound to
newline, while in FSF it is bound to dired-advertised-find-file.

Is there a reason for this discrepancy? Seems to me that visiting a file in
response to hitting return is a more reasonable thing to expect than
getting "buffer read-only" error.
