The latest edition of XEmacs-20.0 final, code-named `Energizer Bunny',
because it's ``still going'', is released. :-)

Get it from ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/beta/xemacs-20.0/

Take the full kit if you possibly can, otherwise feed the patchkit to
`patch -p0' in the toplevel directory of the previous source.

Bug fixes in this release:
* Byte compile bug with cl (declare ...) statement fixed.

* Byte compile typo fixed courtesy of Alastair Burt.

* font-lock.el boundary condition bug on regexp matching fixed (the
  source of the infamous `after-command hook removed' errors).

* ps-print.el feature test corrected in preparation for having
  custom.el dumped.

* `should-use-dialog-box' variable renamed to `use-dialog-box'.

* tm-image.el algorithm corrected for in-line image display.

* Replicable extents feature removed.

* Manual updates courtesy of Hrvoje Niksic.

* decode-coding-region/encode-coding-region correction in read-only
  buffers (suggested by David Byers).

* Forbid deletion of frames who have living children frames around
  (should fix all kinds of strangeness if you use popups a lot).

* SJIS encoding fix from Jareth Hein.

I have nothing left to say, hopefully this one can be released this
weekend.
