In addition to the assertion failure problem I described in my last
message, process_send_signal, or at least interrupt-process, doesn't
seem to work at all.  Also, on 19.15-b3 the shell buffer claims to be
"not a typewriter" when e.g. I try to run "su" inside one.  This problem
didn't exist in 19.14, but it does exist in 19.15-b2.
