So when do we want to do binary kits?  20.0 or only 19.15?  I could
volunteer to do any of the following platforms.  Of course, the fewer the
better. :)

All of these would be:
 --with-sound=both
 --with-dialogs=athena
 --with-scrollbars=lucid
 --with-menubars=lucid

I could install libgr on most (all?) of these as well so that we could get
PNG, GIF, JPEG, etc. on all the platforms.

UnixWare 2.1         SCO OpenServer 5
Solaris/x86          Solaris/Sparc
SunOS 4.1.3          BSDI 2.x

When I compile our server on all these, its like a race. :) BSDI wins.  If
my SCSI drive ever gets off of backorder, I'll be able to start trying to
build for Linux/Alpha as well.
