The biggest code changes are in the Lisp code synching with Emacs
19.34.  tm is included, but went in so messily I don't particularly
trust it.  There will be no patches from beta2.

As with Chuck, I don't expect anyone to follow both source trees, but
if you want to see a 19.15, now is the time to start getting involved :-).
Since this is my first XEmacs release please treat this as a raw alpha
distribution, the code has been pretty stable for me though.

Next release is 20.0-beta31 tomorrow evening PST.
