I have tested the 20.2 man.el a bit on hppa1.1 hpux9.05, and it seems
satisfactory for speed with what testing I have done.

Some man.els have menus on button3, hypertext highlighting of cross
references, jump to section headers, jump to cross references.  I
didn't notice these features in the 20.2 man.el (I haven't had time to 
look at the code).
