[A public service to the XEmacs Beta community :-)]

A while ago I have posted my .procmailrc filter, for people who use
procmail to filter spam and UCE. If anyone wants it, I can e-mail it.

Now, please also note that the line:
  'X-Advertisement: Visit http://www.iemmc.org for name removal information.'

that you see in many junk mails is a LIE. I have tried their
procedure at least twice, got the confirmation that I was removed
from their lists, but I still get such mails.

So don't waste your precious time visiting that site. Fix XEmacs
bugs instead! Just filter out these mails like I do:

------------------ .procmailrc ---------

* ^X-Advertisement:.*www\.iemmc\.org
/dev/null

:0
* ^X-Advertisment:.*www\.iemmc\.org

---------------------------------------

Regards,

Amir.
