I'm writing this message using xemacs-20.3-b20 (patched up from b19)
on BSD/OS 3.0 and it seems to work fine for me.

Oops, I had removed the build directory due to space shortage (for
building b22), so I can't show the "Installation" file of this XEmacs
now.

Here is my "Installation" file for b22, which I only configured but
didn't try to compile yet.
