xbase.postinst makes the /usr/include/X11 -> /usr/X11R6/include/X11
in Debian, so that link will be there.

I'm not sure about the Lesstif install, since at the moment I use
Moo-Tiff, which doesn't put the links in. I had to do that one by hand.
