Subject: TTY output when starting XEmacs on NT-4.0

The following text is output by XEmacs in my command window
when starting it on NT-4.0. Is there anything here I
need to fix?

X Windows does not support locale `English_United States.
  Using C Locale instead
X Windows does not even support locale `C'!
Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C
Warning: X locale modifiers not supported, using default
Warning: XOpenIM() failed...no input server available

Thanks for any info,
