Hey,
I apologize for not seeing where the true source of the bug
is. pathetically, I'm still not sure why what happens happens, but
that's my problem.

What's the point of the `delete-other-windows'? it's simply to
display as much of that buffer as possible. True it caused a minor
problem, but now that the bug is understood and reparable, let's fix
it. no need to just wipe out the delete-other-windows. It may fix
the bug, but it can be fixed w/o sacrificing that. I hope it doesn't
come to that. lot's of bugs can be fixed by just wiping out code, and
if they were real bugs, and we were real exterminators, then that's
what we'd do, but that's not fixing the problem. can someone send me
the latest version of the code which fixes the C-h bug and still has
the delete-other-windows? Is that latest one the one that steve
posted shortly after the bug was reported?

dave
